Ingredients: Enriched Whole Grain Yellow Corn Meal (Corn, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid).
Instructions: Basic Corn Bread, Corn Sticks or Muffins: 1 cup House-Autry Yellow Plain Corn Meal; 1 cup plain flour; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon baking powder; 2 eggs; 2 tablespoons oil; 1-1/4 cups milk. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil together. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Pour into greased muffin, corn stick or 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes about 12 servings. Refrigerate after opening for longer shelf life.
